We dont need high res graphics when u look at how mushihime is a lesson for every western shooter dev. The unique setting with a laputa type of wild fauna makes it a wonder to the eyes. We need more cave classics such as Ketsui, Guwange or Akai Katana ^^

So far, this game has been running perfectly on my iPhone4. Definitely loving the game and it looks great! Thanks again for another great port CAVE!

And as usual, plays perfectly even on my aging 3GS.

Tight control, Great gameplay, Great graphics. Shmup fan should definitly have a look.

Love this game, really fun. However. Got crashes from time to time. Hope it will be fixed. Need more games like this.

It crashes as soon as it start, i closed all my other apps but still doesnt work, iphone 4, 32gb.

Hey just delete and reinstall the game! It fixed the problem for me and now the game loads a LOT faster! You will lose your saves, but your scores should be saved on Game Center if you choose to keep them when you uninstall the game (there will be a prompt for that) I checked Caves Twitter feed and they did say they were working on an update to fix this issue. Again, you can just reinstall the game to fix the issue right now, but you lose your saves. Im using an iPad 2, btw.

I would go on, but that is enough, its worth every dollar, in fact I bough two other Cave titles, both equalling if not overcoming this title, just buy one of them, and fall in love.

After first trying Caves IOS version of Espgaluda II, I was a little taken aback by the graphic disparity. ESPII was in HD and looked fantastic. The other Cave IOS games are not in HD and look pretty blurry even when scaled down. Some people may think that graphics shouldt be a major concern as Cave games thrive on excellent mechanics and scoring systems, but I for one think Cave also has the best art design out there in the genre and this doesnt do their originals justice in that department. One thing I DID think was better than ESPII was the touch-area not overlapping with the playable screen real-estate. In ESPII the game was totally fullscreen so I would sometimes find my hand blocking complex bullet patterns and resulting in death. So, that alone levels the issues with graphics. I still would wish that the buttons could be custom-mapped. I find that my bomb and shot finger is placed unnaturally low and sometimes I use a bomb when I really mean to change my shot. Having said all of that, Cave is still the master and puts out the best shooting action on IOS, period. All of their offerings should be purchased and give a distinctly different gameplay experience than the original arcade/console versions.

The game crash at the bery beginning after the update. (iPad 1 & iPhone 3GS) PLEASE FIX!!!

Cave is one of my favorite gaming companies EVER. Bug Princess on the go??? YES! No more trips to the arcade to play this gem. The game runs smooth on my iPad Mini 4 and iPhone 5S. Graphics are arcade perfect, sounds are perfect and best of all, the controls are excellent! My only recommendation is having a anti-glare matte style screen protector. They are cheap in cost, and your fingers glide with ease as you play. Thank you again Cave! YOU ARE AMAZING!

Been playing it for years and it fits great on the iPhone one of the best shmups Ive ever played I love love love this game cave keep it up Im gonna buy all of these!!

Before the update it crashed frequently, often around stage 4, making it frustrating enough, but now it crashes as soon as I load the app. That being said, this is another cave shooter, and when it works, its awesome. Of the cave shooters on the app store Id say it is probably the most basic, so Id suggest you buy the others first, but if you are a cave fan already youll still find enjoyment out of this game, if you can get it to work...

App worked fine before the latest update, except for the long launch times. Also, get rid of the crappy Open Feint as theres really no need for it.
